The Let’s Get Fit fitness studio offers a relaxed and friendly environment for all shapes, sizes and ages. As a user of our centre you’ll never have any need to feel self conscious or embarrassed because you’ll always be in the company of like-minded people who are genuine about improving their lives the healthy way.



Services

Let’s Get Fit can help you overcome your health issue with a safe, prescribed exercise program.

Deb Koorey, our Exercise Physiologist is a university trained professional and has 20 years of experience, extensive knowledge and skill in clinical exercise delivery.

Deb is highly trained in exercise prescription and encouraging lifestyle changes for people with chronic and complex health conditions, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, arthritis, osteoporosis, cancer, obesity and depression.

Our Exercise Physiology sessions are accredited with Exercise Sports Science Australia, which means they may be claimable through your health fund.

our dynamic and caring Wellness Coach will assist you in clarifying your vision, overcoming obstacles and tailoring a strategy to get you there.

Our qualified female and male trainers will ensure you’ll never have boring or repetitive routines. Every session will be specifically designed for you, your goals and your state of strength and fitness ensuring you have fun getting and being fit.

By train: We’re directly across the road from North Strathfield train station (eastern exit).

By car: LGF and street parking available.

By bus: 458, 459 stop at the corner of Wellbank Street and Concord Road.
It’s just a three-minute walk to Let’s Get Fit.
